O Microsoft Access is a program that is most useful for business institutions, which is why it doesn't come in the Home version of Office, but it still tries to be less a database and more a database application development tool. In the latest versions, Access continues to have a clean and pleasant interface, compared to other Office applications, and where you can create applications with data modeling and structure, with a personalized interface to be used by users.

Publisher
O Publisher is yet another program that is also not part of the Office 2013 Home version package, just like Access. It has the same tools for inserting images as Word and PowerPoint (but no videos, even if you are creating a publication for the web) and the same task panes and formatting tools, and of course the benefits of a new interface.
Another feature of it is that it has the Touch Mode, which for many users is much more useful for checking posts than actually helping to create them.

Replacing and swapping images is now easier than in previous versions. For example, when adding an image to Publisher, it is now placed inside columns in the scratch area (scratch area), instead of being thrown across the page. When dragging an image from the scratch area, or indeed anywhere else, into the page layout, a temporary pink border is created that identifies your insertion.
If you want to use the entire image as the background of the page, just right-click on it and choose “Apply to Background".
Another tool that is much better is the "Photo Printing“, which allows you to save each page of the document as a JPEG image, which can be very ideal when the publication is a photo book that needs to be sent for printing, since now it is no longer necessary to provide the original file.
