More than 63 investors attended the II edition of the Information and Communication Technologies Fair (TIC-Huambo/2023), which demonstrated their creativity and technological innovation in terms of products and services provided to citizens, in addition to the creation of partnerships and opportunities of business.
With thirty-five business intentions and various partnerships, valued at more than 10 million Kwanzas, TIC-Huambo/2023 brought together public and private institutions, inventors and other individuals from the provinces of Bié, Cuando Cubango, Huambo, Huíla and Zaire, in the courtyard adjacent to the Osvaldo Serra Vam-Dúnem pavilion, under the motto “Responsible use of digital services, for better technological inclusion”, the event was marked by lectures on “Cybernetic security” and the “Impact of ICTs for self-employment”.
According to the director of the Registry and Administrative Modernization office of the province of Huambo, Abel Lucamba, TIC-Huambo/2023 thus demonstrated the impact of ICTs in combating poverty and in the innovation of services and products provided by public and private institutions.

The technological event also had XNUMX visitors, who were able to see the presentations of exhibitors from the provinces of Cuando Cubango, Huambo, Huíla and Zaire, as well as explore the scope of ICTs, for an improvement in the work provided to citizens.
Abel Lucamba also stressed that partnerships and business intentions, as well as new services and the sale of different products, will leverage institutions and contribute to improving the well-being of citizens.
It should be noted that TIC-Huambo/2023 was organized by the Registry and Administrative Modernization office of the province of Huambo, and the fair was held in reference to May 17, World Internet, Telecommunications and Information Society Day.
