The CEO of the powerful Apple, Tim Cook, denied these days that Apple intends to launch a hybrid system that would combine the functionality of a MacBook with an iPad.

In presenting the new iPad Pro, Tim Cook stated that this gadget could to replace a PC successfully conventional, thanks to the combination of software and hardware, for its processing power and for having a larger screen. Many wondered what impact a gadget of this size could have on the launch of future MacBook. We see all this as a major reinvention of Apple laptops, will there be a hybrid with iOS / Mac OS X or will we see iDevice with screens bigger than these?

The answer to all these questions was given by Tim Cook in an interview. If you are an Apple lover, and are crossing your fingers to see an Apple hybrid for future use of iOS & OS X in the coming years, you may be a little disappointed.

Everything is also possible, in the course of time Apple may change its mind. Remember that Steve Jobs, had said that Apple was not interested in launching a large-screen iPhone, years later in 2014 Apple launched a phablet - the iPhone 6 Plus Bigger Than Bigger.

We strongly believe that Apple system users are not really looking for Mac & iPad convergence. The result of such a launch, or what concerns us is that none of this experience will be that good for the user. So we want to do the best tablets of the world and the best Mac in the world. Putting together the two devices, we will not achieve any of the objectives. You will begin to compromise in a number of ways.

This statement by the CEO of Apple reiterates an earlier statement, in which he points out that OS X and iOS will never join.

Will Apple keep the word?
