
More than 1.000 Angolan technicians will be trained over the next 10 years in solving different technological problems, by Tis Tech Academy, in Luanda.
The information was revealed by the company's Commercial and Marketing executive director, Assad Kondakji, in an interview with Jornal de Ecobnomia & Finanças, noting that TisTech is an innovative and leading institution in the technology sector, where it contributes significantly to the digital transformation of the country.
The manager stressed that the company is very familiar with the national market and this solid presence allows them to export services with advanced technological solutions, and they also participated in the development of skills of another 5.000 technicians, through the specialized academy.

Assad Kondakji also explains that in the case of a technological system integrator company, what has happened, in practice, is to make cutting-edge technology from global markets available to internal operators, adapting them to the specificities of local demand.
For this reason, the investor who values the Government's openness and investments in the Information and Communication Technologies sector said that Tis Tech's focus is on developing technologies and software for identified internal needs.
