Twitter said, however, that it reserves the right not to provide Lumen with certain information, such as telephone numbers, for reasons of confidentiality and respect for privacy. Requests for information from government officials increased 7% compared to the previous period, but referred the least 13% accounts, detailed. Account deletion requests have increased by 13%, but by a volume of less 37% of accounts.

According to the company, 74% of violations were detected through internal tools that try to avoid spam on the network. And less than 2% of the suspensions occurred in response to requests from governments.
