The acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft seems to be gaining more and more opposition among regulators. How does the political website, the European Union has decided to issue a warning against this purchase by Microsoft – noting that it may jeopardize competition in the video game industry.

It is worth remembering that, in November, the European Union decided to open a formal investigation to analyze the case.

“We are committed to finding solutions and a path to move forward with this business. We are listening carefully to the [European Commission's] concerns and are confident that we can respond", said a Microsoft spokesperson to the The Verge site.
