UNITEL confirms problems with the network in Luanda

During this morning (February 03, 2021), several users in Luanda reported problems with Unitel's voice and internet services. If you were one of the affected users, you do not need to look for more answers, UNITEL has made it public to clarify the reason for the failure. Read the full statement:

Constraints on UNITEL Services

UNITEL informs that there have been constraints in the processing of communications, especially telephone calls, since last weekend, at the level of the Province of Luanda.

In order to restore normality, technical interventions are being carried out from the moment the situation was identified.

UNITEL expects to solve this problem as soon as possible, appeals to the Clients' understanding and apologizes for any inconvenience.

  1. It has become usual or commonplace, and for a long time now, companies like Unitel, Tv Cabo and the like, Epal and Ende did not comply with the agreements with customers. What matters is at the end of the month to cut off the supply due to payment failure. This only happens in Africa and it is time to change that mentality that everything is unpunished.
