Mobile operator services UNITEL became unstable early last night (17), where customers were unable to make/receive calls and messages, as well as use the operator's mobile data.
According to what the editors of MenosFios found, the instability in the services of the country's largest operator began at 17 pm on Thursday, and where it lasted for four hours, to the dissatisfaction of numerous customers.
The operator's official statement only arrived hours later, reporting to the general public that an anomaly was detected in the company's Voice, SMS and data services, which caused them to become disturbed.
