Unitel, not so close to users ...

unitel_failIn the last few days there has been a real “rebellion” against the mobile operator “Unitel".

E-mail messages have been rerouted, successive updates on social networks like Facebook and Twitter, report the same evils: insufficient balance, absence of signal among others ...

Of course, the Less wires I would have to do something to clarify the situation. On our official Facebook page, we asked if the users of the Unitel network were in trouble. The answer was positive.

We sent an email to “Client support”From Unitel, I leave the content below:

Email sent to Unitel customer support

So far we have no answers, but we continue to wait.

For now, what can we do?

Some of our readers have commented on sending complaints to INADEC (National Institute of Consumer Protection). Yes, I know that complaints to this institution are rarely handled properly, but if hundreds of clients complain, they will not be able to ignore it for a long time.

We hope this helps us and they share your complaints here as well. Certainly Unitel is working to solve these and other problems.

  1. I loaded 125 UTTS for voice services (normal, using * 100 * recharge code #) and then another 125 UTTS for dad services (net on mobile phone),

After a call lasting 3 minutes and 23 seconds, and accessing the facebook page, for milliseconds (really, milliseconds) the entire balance is gone, both data and voice !!!!

This is a joke, and they just say they'll be in touch!

    That's not fair!

  2. The biggest problem here is that Unitel's only competitor is several times worse in terms of quality of service. If we want to use mobile telephony, we only have these two options. It's just the market opening up to other international operators (which should have been done a long, long time ago) and we will see, as is normal all over the world, (except for here) the 'bad guys' getting in the way. Wherever they come from. Until then, Unitel and Movicel can afford to spray themselves for the (bad) service they provide.
