The site BetaInfo is advancing with the information that WhatsApp launched in the beta version of the app for Android the ability to create customizable avatars, similar to the Bitmoji of Facebook, Messenger and Instagram.
Some beta version holders of WhastApp already have the option to create an avatar in the app, which will allow users to customize reactions to improve the way they express themselves through the messaging app.

It is worth remembering that these avatars have been spotted before, but, apparently, they are now being publicly tested among users of the messaging app. Although currently only available for Android, the feature will also come to iOS.
