O WhatsApp should gain more and more features in the coming months. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and, among them, should be the ability to generate images based on the users' appearance.
The website WABetaInfo spotted a new beta version of WhatsApp that points to this functionality. “This feature allows you to take photos of yourself and ask Meta AI to generate AI images of you”, can be read in the description to which the publication had access.
BUT: WhatsApp will block the option to print a screenshot of contact photos
It is not yet known when Meta will launch this functionality on WhatsApp, but, considering that it is already being tested in the beta version of the messaging app, it is likely that we will not have to wait long for it.
