Developers enrolled in the MSDN Portal (Microsoft Software Developers Network) will have access to this final version on 15 in August. Those enrolled in the TechNet portal will have access to a test version ("trial").
The humble mortals will have access to this final version starting on 26 in October, buying a CD, updatingyour current Operating System (I hope it is Windows 7), at very interesting prices, compared with previous prices (it seems that MS learned from the mistakes of the past)
