The Windows Phone operating system continues to decline in a very drastic way, because a rate of 75% of users are constantly migrating to the competition, that is, to iOS or Android.

The drop-out rate for Windows Phone smartphone users is apparently quite high. According to a survey by Ericsson, the parent manufacturer of Sony Ericsson, it seems that every time users tend to swap their Windows Phone phones for a new one, they prefer one with the iOS or Android system than they continue with the Microsoft phones.

The number of faithful users of Windows Phone is 20%, which remain faithful to the brand, and 15% prefer iOS, and 60% prefer Android, as we all know Android is the most used operating system around the world and the Preferred readers of the LessFios.

The Ericsson report shows that 82% of Android users remain loyal to the brand, and in the case of iOS 73% remain faithful to Apple. The mystery still follows 5% of users, after using Windows Phone, simply do not mention which other brand they prefer to use.

It is worth mentioning that the majority of users who remain loyal to the brand are those who bought the top-of-the-range models (high-end). Thus, we can interpret that users who wish to leave Microsoft for another brand are those who bought the low cost model (Low-end), and we were disappointed with the choice.

The lack of applications is a problem that users face, and also one of the reasons for discontent and abandonment of Windows Phone after its first use.

Have any of you ever experienced this?
