If you want to fix this and stop people from making voice and video calls to you, there is a change you need to make to your X app.

To do this, you must open the app, press your profile icon in the top left corner and go to Csettings & support and then the Settings and privacy. You will then be taken to a new page and you must choose the option Privacy and Security and then the area of Direct messages.
