Yesterday(26) a series of new stories and reports about the Facebook based on internal documents provided by former employee and 'whistleblower' Frances Haugen. The documents – analyzed by more than 17 media organizations – make up what is currently known as the Facebook Papers.

In the information that was leaked by Haugen it is disclosed that the founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, is increasingly isolated within the company itself.

According to what counts the The Washington Post ,Zuckerberg is increasingly criticized within the company, which leads him to communicate his decisions to a closer team – known as “small team” (Small Team) – and a slightly larger group of other company leaders – known as “Mark's Team” (Mark's team).

The newspaper adds that the company has a 'steady hand' on all information about Mark Zuckerberg, as well as information that comes to him.

"The specter of Zuckerberg hangs in everything the company does. It's completely guided by him.”, said the former vice president of Partnerships and Marketing at the company, Brian Boland.
