Microsoft recently officially unveiled Windows, the successor to Windows 10 that has been on the market for more than years. The new version contains a new interface, improved performance, as well as other features. If you want to know in detail about all the new features of Windows 11 click here.

Well, we already know that Microsoft will soon put the new version on the market, the big question is: Will we all have access to it?

If you were thinking about the amount you would have to pay for an upgrade of your Windows, rest assured, the upgrade to Windows 11 will be free, but for sure, it will depend a lot on the specifications of each computer. In this case, some meet the requirements to have Windows 11 running on their computers and others don't.

How do I know if I can have Windows 11 on my computer?

Microsoft updated its application PC HealthCheck to show you more information about why your computer can't run Windows 11, to help deal with the confusion that arises around compatibility. If you've already downloaded the app, it should update automatically when you run it again, and if you haven't downloaded it yet, you can get it by clicking here.

The notifications that the tool issues are still clear in detail in some cases: “the processor is not supported” is not really an actionable item, as it doesn't say why your CPU can't run Windows 11. If you'd rather upgrade one or two components in your system rather than just go out and buy a new PC, you'll have to do more research.
