According to RSC Energia (the company that leads the Russian space construction), only informs that the launch has been postponed to the above date without any justification. It merely points out that the preparatory work for the launch is still ongoing.
The same note also states that the battery-related tests and the launch vehicle were fully completed, where repairs were still made to the internal fuel delivery system.
