A Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), decided to start the presentation of this edition of WWDC with the confirmation that it will launch a new model of the MacBook Air, featuring a 15,3-inch Liquid Retina display powered by the M2 processor.
Apple claims that this is the “thinnest 15-inch laptop”, noting that users will be able to find a battery life of up to 18 hours.
With regard to performance, Apple says that this model is 12 times faster than a MacBook Air with Intel processors. Those interested can purchase this model with 24GB of RAM and up to 2TB of internal storage.
BUT: Where is Apple in the AI race?
Known features such as MagSafe charger, Touch ID fingerprint sensor and also a front camera with 1080p resolution and a six-speaker sound system are present.
The 15-inch MacBook Air is available to order starting today, with a market launch scheduled for next week. The price is US$1.299 (787.194 kwanzas) and four colors will be available – black, silver, dark blue and gold.
