The province of Bengo gained several free internet points with the rehabilitation of eight internet access points free in the city of Caxito, municipality of Dande, according to the director of the National Institute for the Promotion of Information Society (INFOSI) in the region, Carlos Gomes.
"Angola Online“, a non-profit social project that aims to create free public Internet access points in different locations across the country.
Na province of Bengo the project was implemented in 2018 and is benefiting society, especially youth and students.

The activity of users of the Angola Online project basically consists of scientific research into school subjects and other training, correspondence between State bodies, as well as social networks and music.
"Angola Online" also has the support of several national technology companies, with emphasis on Angola Telecom, TV Cabo, Internet Technologies Angola (ITA), UNITEL and Zap Fibras, within the scope of their social responsibilities, while in suburban areas they will be installed through the VSat system, that is, via satellite and in each access point 100 megabytes will be installed, for a range of 100 meters away, coupled with lightning rods.
