Angolan civil society, namely communication between national companies and consumers, becomes from now on more interactive with the launch of a digitalform payment of recommendations and criticisms called Reco and Kritique, in which the public can present opinions, request explanations and obtain legal advice for possible damages.

The entrepreneurial project was developed by three young Angolans, Chelsea Receado, Cândida Bastos and Kélcia Sango, and where the platform includes applications that allow obtaining valuable information regarding the business portfolio, as well as the classification of national companies established by the number of reviews , compliments, recommendations and responses.

The platform Reco and Kritique was launched last week, in the country's capital, and was attended by a considerable number of personalities linked to business, who, speaking to journalists, expressed their pleasure at the availability of an instrument that presupposes greater rigor on the part of economic operators and the improvement of exchange between companies.

Still at the event, the “founder” Chelsea Receado said that the idea of creating the platform came after her arrival in the country, coming from Brazil, when she realized that there was no quick mechanism to find out the location of restaurants, places to entertainment and shopping, as well as the quality of services, as is typical in large urban centres.

Speaking to journalists, Chelsea Receado added that the first procedure for creating the project involved the creation of a Facebook page, whose adherence was massive and culminated in the launch of the Reco e Kritique website, which offers a more complete information package aimed at helping companies to grow from the point of view of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

"The market is increasingly demanding, as consumers are looking for high quality services, and therefore, whenever faced with any concerns, they need their own channel. The site gives voice to the consumer, making companies explain the reasons for any negative procedures, but also to praise good practices”, revealed the entrepreneur, speaking to Jornal de Angola.

On the other hand, Kélcia Sango, said that the digital platform will bring advantages to the national economy, as it will serve to publicize the image of companies inside and outside the country, helping State institutions with a vocation for the promotion, regularization and inspection of business activity.

According to Kélcia Sango, registered companies do not pay anything, as well as consumers who make complaints or recommendations, also informing that the same platform will also have advertising and legal services “with costs lower than the market average”.

"Given the nature of our activity, we will work in partnership with the National Institute for Consumer Defense (INADEC), from which we expect quick responses. The purpose of this work is to help our economy grow and we are sure that the launch of the Reco and Kritique website represents a big step in this direction.”, He stressed.
