On the 30th of December the contest held by the Angola Collegiate Programming Contest (AOCPC) where the three teams that will represent Angola in the next phase, the continental programming contest, were found.
Below the classified teams and their respective places are:
1st Place - RunTimeError - ISPTEC
2nd Place - The Winners - ISUTIC
3rd Place - JAKE - UAN - Faculty of Sciences
The results of this contest, released on December 30th, are from the national phase and the subsequent event will be held ACPC (Africa and Arab Collegiate Programming Championship), where our winners will have to dispute the continental trophy with the winning teams in the other participating countries in Africa.
In the competition, problems are presented for each team, on an online platform with limited time. Angola participates since 2016 and in 2019 managed to get the pass for the continental final for the first time.
The continental final will take place in Egypt, from 19 to 21 March 2021.
My Mano edits the page there, the contest that happened is the national one, what will happen is the African together with the Arab countries that is called ACPC the famous championship and this year the 3 teams that are mentioned there were classified. Qualified teams go to Mundial that will participate with teams or universities around the world. and one more thing this will be the second time Angola to participate in the Championship.
