The Angolan Executive must transform the national electronic administrative system into a digital nation, according to the Portuguese specialist in digital transformation of public administration, Anabela Pedrosa.
The also researcher and who spoke at the International Conference on the Digital Transition in Public Administration, speaking on the theme “Building the Public Administration of the Future, Challenges, Transition and Governance“, he stressed that the digital nation is important because it touches all aspects of society.
Anabela Pedrosa reiterated that the path that the Angolan public administration must follow is the digital transition because it looks at the economy, health, politics, justice in a cohesive and integrated way.

Still in his speech at the event, he underlined that it is necessary for public servants to gain a new awareness of what they have and what they can do.
"It is necessary to have better services within the administration and then digitize the administration itself", said.
Finally, the specialist underlined that in the digital transition, the administration is no longer waiting for the citizen to come to it, but it is the administration itself that goes to the citizen.
