Movicel has not yet submitted its commercial plan for the 4G network in Luanda, because, according to information, they were trying to get all the details in order to make the network extremely efficient.

I advise you to look for a store so that 4G is activated on your card. In principle, cards have only 3G active. Best stores to solve this: Movicel Belas Shopping or Movicel Chamavo.
