The province of Huíla already has an Integrated Public Security Center (CISP), a technological platform that allows responding, in real time, to requests from citizens in case of violation of public order.

Inaugurated at the end of July by the Minister of the Interior, Eugénio Laborinho, the service will operate 24 hours a day with 105 employees and where it has gained an emergency telephone line through terminal 112.

CISP is a public utility project within the framework of the National Development Program (PND-2020-2025), which aims to guarantee and improve public security conditions in the country, with the integration of Defense and Security bodies, as well as other government services.

The development, whose stone was laid in 2019, is located in an area of 645.75 square meters and has an operating system for dispatch, intelligence via video surveillance and maintenance with 39 cameras.

It should also be noted that the CISP also has the integration of the National Institute of Medical Emergencies of Angola (INEMNA) and of Civil Protection and Firefighters, in order to respond to emergencies, through connection with police units.

With the inauguration of the CISP, in Huíla, Angola now has four already in operation in the provinces of Luanda, Benguela and Huambo, with the one in Cabinda being in the pipeline.
