[MWC 2023] Samsung showcases its OLED panels and Galaxy series at the event

In this edition of the MWC, the Samsung is making a statement with its latest OLED panels, showcasing the lightweight, durable and water-resistant properties of its OLED displays through fun experiences.

When visiting the South Korean company's stand, MENOSFIOS journalists will be able to experience these properties first hand, while sinking the OLED screens, floating them in the air using helium balloons or even trying to break them.

Samsung has set up a booth at the Fira Gran Via Conference Center in Barcelona, ​​Spain to showcase its latest OLED technology and demonstrate how it outperforms traditional displays in terms of durability and performance. With its engaging and interactive experiences, Samsung hopes to impress visitors by giving them an unforgettable glimpse into the world of OLED technology. From February 27 to March 2, 2023, attendees can get an up-close look at the amazing capabilities of Samsung Display's OLED panels.

At the MWC 2023 exhibition, Samsung is ready to excite visitors with its latest OLED displays. After a five-year hiatus, Samsung Display will be back on site and showcased an exhibition titled “Hyper-Connected through OLED” that includes its latest smartphones, notebooks and features of the Galaxy ecosystem. Our journalists had the opportunity to experience the cutting edge of technology!

Until tomorrow (02), visitors can consult various technologies developed by Samsung Display at its stand at the Fira Gran Via Conference Center in Barcelona, ​​Spain. The company showcases the lightweight, durable and water-resistant properties of OLEDs through fun experiments. Visitors can dip the OLED screens, float them in the air using helium balloons, try to break them or read text on them effortlessly in the Weird LAB section of Dr. OLED.

We can visit the Foldable Experience Zone to explore a variety of foldable OLED form factors such as the Flex G, Flex Note, Flex S, and Slidable Solo. In addition, visitors can see UPC Plus screens that are compatible with the cameras under the screen as well as UTG (Ultra Thin Glass) which ensures the protection of folding screens. Last but not least, the UDR 2000 OLED panel features up to 2 nits of peak brightness!

In the IT Experience Zone section of Samsung Display's MWC 2023 booth, people can check out the performance of QD-OLED monitors and compare the advantages of LCD-based gaming monitors side by side. In the Automotive Experience Zone, you can see a 34-inch OLED display that is a central part of the Digital Cockpit in a futuristic self-driving car. In addition, there is a 13,4 inch round screen to be displayed on the stand.
