One of the most asked questions via mail, twitter and facebook to the MenosFios team, has been: “What do I do when Facebook contacts appear Offline on Skype?"

Okay, now you just have to restart your computer and your Facebook contacts will appear on Skype.

This is not the only method and it is also not foolproof, so if you have this problem, try and tell us the result.

  1. It happened to me and I solved it using the Microsoft service called Fix It http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/pt-br
    Follow the steps:
    1 - Select a problem area (Windows)
2 - What do you want to do; Install or update software
3 - look next; Install or remove programs and click
4 - Click again right below “Run now” (in green)
5 - The program will install, open and start looking for the solution by clicking on Detect problem and apply the corrections (Recommended)
6 - Will ask you: Are you having a problem installing or uninstalling a program?
Choose Uninstalling, a list of all programs will appear, search for Skype and select, then click Apply, and it will remove any old traces.

In my case, you didn't need to uninstall Skype Click to Call as it is just an Explorer plugin

Then, close everything and try to install Skype again.

Everything worked out for me. I wish success!
