Finally, Jornal Expansão returns to face-to-face forums next Friday (December 2, 2022), with the theme “The contribution of ANGOSAT-2 in mobile communications and the challenges of cybersecurity”. The opening session will be led by Minister Mário Oliveira and the main operators in this sector will be present.

It will be held at the Hotel EPIC SANA starting at 8 am. The opening session will be held by the Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Mário Oliveira, followed by three presentations to launch some of the topics that will be debated. The first presentation will be given by Inês Filipe, CEO of KPMG Angola, who will talk about the importance of mobile communications in the country's economic development, the challenges faced by official institutions and private companies, projecting what the market will be like in the medium and long term.

The second speech will be made by the general director of the National Space Program Management Office (GGPEN), which in addition to explaining to us how the Angosat-2 entry into operation is going, will explain the impact it will have on mobile communications, but also on numerous projects with social and economic impact linked to sectors such as education, health, agriculture, etc.

Marla Mendes, CEO of Check Point Software Technologies, one of the leading specialists in cybersecurity in Africa, to talk about how companies and institutions should proceed in the area of ​​cybersecurity, what steps and measures they should take, what care should employees of these organizations have in their day-to-day professional activity , which mechanisms should be implemented.
