The person responsible emphasizes that the growing wave of fake and criminal profiles led the Data Protection Agency to decide that complaints made to the institution will deserve immediate treatment (the elimination of the fake account).
"From now on, every citizen who sees their account cloned or duplicated on a fake profile on social media, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram can report it to the APD, as the treatment is quick.", said.
