This will only be possible thanks to the Project Astoria which was announced during the Microsoft Build 2015, which ended up attracting the attention of mobile application developers to facilitate support for the company's system, since it will no longer be necessary to write an application completely from scratch for each of the systems, which was not previously possible
Microsoft recently added Android Apps to Windows 10 Mobile and cheered up Windows 10 Mobile users on the Insider program and thus started the Astoria Project in the beginning of the second half of this year.
