In the four corners of the world there are many companies that provide the telecommunications service, all this to ensure better communication to their users or customers, and the exchange between them makes it easier for everything to run smoothly, they are companies that have changed the world in their sector, providing better service guarantees the permanence and choice of the best mobile network. In the country the most prominent are Unitel and Movicel, Africell is expected to be operational in a while, we may see a struggle in the willingness to have the best customers and users.

Universal concept about mobile telephony

According to the website Wikipedia “the mobile telephony network is a telecommunications network designed for the provision of mobile telephony services, that is, for communication between one or more stations (Mobile). The network's growth was due to the popularization of the prepaid mode, the user pays, not for the basic subscription of the service, but for the time of use, in the form of credit. The prepaid mobile telephony service is a Portuguese invention, the first prepaid card in the world was launched in Portugal, on September 7, 1995, by the company TMN”.

Unitel and Movicel what have they done?

The battle between the two has been very interesting, but there is still an imbalance in terms of signal quality, Unitel is substantially much better in terms of signal quality compared to Movicel, because it's not enough for you to have the best voice packages/ data, signal quality is a priority, the reformulation in mobile phone companies must be constant, whoever presents better services considerably wins the battle for a determined time, I prefer to call it “battle”, a while ago when I published it in my personal account. Facebook on the advantages and disadvantages of using the two operators I was very clear in saying that Unitel needed to have voice/data plans if it wanted to continue in the fight, I reinforced the need to improve the signal quality of Movicel, if the managers of the operator Movicel to spend revenues for the expansion of the ERB's (Radio Base Station) I am sure that Movicel will be No. 1, because in terms of voice/data plans If they are the best, there is a certain durability in the plans, their plans are super cheap, it is easier to communicate with another network without many additional costs something that you don't see at Unitel, I see that the items mentioned in my profile of the social network Facebook was already a necessity of unitel managers and today they already have their plans for any pocket, but there is still a lot to do, there is a great need to reduce costs, users still complain about the non-delay of these same plans, something that the other operator does it very well, the marketing sector serves as “the right place” for these companies, it's like any company if you want to sell your product you have to apply marketing and for mobile phone companies it's not the other way around , Unitel is very strong in terms of marketing, expansion of its services is as they say in the slang, it's "beast", it's fascinating when you see a new Unitel product being launched through this marketing route because the customer wants it or not with disappears just because it is advertised several times, it is necessary, and the battles for telecommunications companies are won, showing their services to customers, passing the services constantly on the country's television/radio and Internet networks, thing that Movicel is left to whoever of its strength, concerning this, not much is done, but it has been fantastic competition.

Unitel currently has an academy to improve its services and future services, the inclusion of students from engineering/technology courses in that academy is excellent, technologies are made with the best minds, and Unitel realized this very early, it is necessary to seek or recruit the best young students to make your machine move, Unitel is to be congratulated.

It is necessary for Movicel managers to improve customer support services, it is all very easy nowadays, social networks are there for that today, even though the company does not have contracts with a call center manager, it can use social networks to help its users/customers, this is another thing that Movicel loses to Unitel, if they improve these services I'm sure you'll still have many doubts on which mobile operator to choose.

What should they improve?

I'm not the most indicated to mention the strongest points for this, but the client wants to feel closer and for you to be closer or to be the future you must help your client with the best services, these same services must be more fast, low cost, easy access, durability in the plans, when I talk about durability it is not running the minutes of voice or megabytes of Internet, we are not on a Formula 1 track, it's good for the company because it knows that the customer to use these services will have to charge your account again and this increases financial income, but human relations is very strange, the customer goes where the best price is and knows that this package on your smartphone will last a month or more, it's not enough if your signal is as fast as the speed of light, it is necessary to balance things, lower the costs of your services and a great communication, if that doesn't happen you can forget about wanting to be the future.

It's a good initiative in wanting to go far, but do things well, your inclusion of step by step, and in the last few years, moving from always with you to let's go, they have greatly improved services, but you can do more, offer better communication to customers, improve your signal quality, if that happens I'm sure you'll go far .

what is expected of Africell

There is a very curious detail in relation to this, customers will be divided on which operator to follow and I'm sure they will enter the market with an explosion of marketing and their voice/data plan services with high quality, low price, and fantastic signal quality, are Unitel and Movicel ready for this competition? This opinion of mine doesn't go further than that, or it could be the other way around, I don't know if the national giants are prepared to sweat and move their creative minds.

I'm sure we'll still have a lot of quality in the country's mobile phone companies, they've improved a lot compared to 5 years ago, I know that with the advancement of technologies it will force the same companies to look for solutions, today we have 3G and 4G communication, but there is already talk of 5G, so this will force us to improve, to have the best services, the best equipment to support these technologies.
