At Asia's largest electronic fair Computex 2014 which took place in June, ASUS, one of the big companies in the market, presented one of its most innovative gadgets, the hybrid Transformer Book V with 5 features on 1 device only.
Can you believe it?? That's right, this is a thought of the future the hybrid 5 in 1 comes equipped with two Android Operating Systems 4.4 KitKat and Windows 8.1, a mixture of Smartphone, Tablet and Ultrabook, thus ending the users' indecision, when it comes to the subject changing the Laptop for a tablet.
It can be used from 5 different 3 forms using the Android operating system and 2 using the Windows operating system:
- Android smartphone 4.4 KitKat
- Android Tablet 4.4 KitKat
- Utrabook Android 4.4 KitKat
- Windows Tablet 8.1
- Ultrabook Windows 8.1
Equipped with a QWERTY keyboard and Tablet it has a 12,5-inch screen and HD resolution, and its transition from Android to Windows is done with the click of a physical button. The tablet comes equipped with an Intel Core processor, 4GB of RAM, 128GB SSD, 28.000 mAh battery, the keyboard has an HDD with 1TB storage space
O Smartphone of 5 inch is attached to the back of the tablet, running the 4.4 Android operating system KitKat, and equipped with a Quad-Core Intel Atom Moorefield 64 bit, 2.500 battery, 2GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage, camera 8 megapixel rear and 2 megapixel front camera.
The tablet running Windows, is attached to the keyboard and becomes an ultrabook. O Android running on the smartphone alone and on the tablet and ultrabook when connected to the first gadget by a USB cable. There is also the possibility to view both platforms (Windows and Android) on the same screen if you are using the tablet or ultrabook in Windows mode and connect your smartphone, you can view Android and download files.
What we have left now is to wait, because ASUS has not yet reported the price or release date. What we should pray for is not an exorbitant price.
