CINFOTEC wins new software laboratory

The Integrated Technological Training Center (CINFOTEC) gained, last week, a laboratory equipped with the highest technology in software, with the aim of promoting initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, training of young creators and innovators with difficulties in structuring brands, according to what was revealed by the management.

The technological offer came from the Ministry of Public Administration, Work and Social Security (MAPTESS), where the recent laboratory is open to receive young creators and innovators, entrepreneurs, students from professional training institutions, students from secondary and higher education institutions and graduates .

Speaking to journalists present at the ceremony, the Minister of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security, Teresa Dias, said that this project was born out of the Angolan executive's need to support initiatives to promote employability by means of encouraging technological training, so to meet the needs of the poorest.

The public manager also added that this laboratory will serve as an incentive for employability and consequently the reduction of the level of poverty in the country.

At the same event, Geraldo Pambasange, head of the pedagogy department at CINFOTEC, informed that the laboratory named “Software automation and technology factory” will make it possible to automate the process, create the prototype and consequently mass production.

"We already have some projects developed, such as flood detection, which allows you to send a message to your phone when you detect a flood anywhere. The system collects the information and sends it by message to inform”, He explained.

Geraldo Pambasange also highlighted the plan to start training at the incubator with the forecast to develop 102 startup projects at country level.
