Surely not everyone who buys an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch knows how to use, so the Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), decided to make life easier for its users, the company has released a new Apple support application that is now available for the App Store. The application provides tips for iPhone users, including information on different iPhone models, and will help you get a markup at the Apple Store for a repair of your device, allowing you to schedule an appointment with an authorized repair shop.
With the support application, the user can chat, email or talk to an Apple support technician. The app will know all the Apple products the user registers, so if you know your phone just like an iPhone, the application will tell you if it's a iPhone 7 or even an older version. The application's home screen will list the devices produced by the company, along with left-wing for certain articles that explain how certain features work on your device.
