The great challenge of many scientists is to make machines move smoothly like humans. Only the robots may be used for certain functions whose current application is unlikely.
Below are the video of Project Bushido, conducted by the company Yasawa Electric who decided to track the movements of Isao Machii, a renowned Japanese swordsman, and taught the moves to a robot called Motoman-MH24 so that he could use the katana (or Japanese sword, if you prefer).
The company released the video where the Robot performs the maneuvers ... do you think the Robot managed to overcome the master?
