The Organizing Committee of ANGOTIC- Angola ICT Forum 2020, an information and communication technology event, canceled this year's edition due to the covid-19 pandemic that is plaguing the world.
In a press release, the organizers refer that the event, initially scheduled for June 11, 12 and 13 this year, will have new dates and that the Organizing Committee will make public the information in due course, as soon as conditions are created.
According to the document, the decision comes in compliance with Presidential Legislative Decree No. 1/20, of 18 March, which adopts measures aimed at preventing the spread of the pandemic.
In the 2020 edition, ANGOTIC planned to gather, in Luanda, in a forum and exhibition, more than eight thousand participants from the country and abroad.
