The Google announced the launch of two new modes focused on the performance of the Chrome browser, which seek to save RAM memory and battery power.
These two modes are already available with the latest update of Chrome.
Tells Google that the first of these modes – by name memory saver – allows you to save up to 30% of RAM, freeing up memory of tabs that are not being used at the moment.

Already Energy Saver Allows you to optimize battery usage by limiting background activity and visual effects. Mountain View technology indicates that this mode can reduce battery usage by up to 20%.
Even if you don't have this update available, Google notes that the rollout will be gradual over the next few weeks.
