Many Angolan staff, he said, are undergoing postgraduate training abroad and in the future will contribute more to technological development in Angola. To achieve this, he said, greater financial investment is needed, as the acquisition of technological means has high costs.

"This technological development, as well as the qualification of human capital, will only be achieved if it relies on the General State Budget and alternative financing from international partners.”, He highlighted.

The Technology and Education Forum, he said, is an opportunity to discuss more about technological development and how education and higher education can contribute to this sector.

"What is at stake is not only the installation of technological infrastructures, but, above all, the formation of skills to know how to deal with technologies".

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, assured, has been working to develop strategies and policies for the implementation of technological and digital programs, capable of making the sector suitable and adjusted to current challenges.
