O Institute of Administrative Modernization (IMA) and Dell Technologies (Dell) initialed an agreement to mark the establishment of a Strategic Partnership aimed at promoting digital governance in Angola.
According to the communiqué of IMA, the partnership will allow Dell to support the digitization process in the Angolan public administration, essentially providing technology and transferring know-how.
The memorandum of understanding between the IMA and Dell Technologies will also establish a comprehensive cooperation in the area of digital governance and envisages the exchange of experiences, knowledge, good practices with a focus on the quality of public services, digitalization of the economy, improvement of the environment business, support for entrepreneurship, training and creation of human capital skills.

IMA is the Angolan institution responsible for modernizing the Angolan public administration, through the re-engineering of processes and simplification of procedures, promoting its digital transformation with a view to improving the quality of public service provision for citizens and companies.
Among the numerous missions of the IMA, emphasis is placed on the elaboration and implementation of policy measures to support Administrative Modernization, designing and implementing the alignment model between Public Governance and Electronic Governance.
