Recently, Mozambique has Southern African Programming Marathon, having been in second place, with the application “Open Kasi", A platform that facilitates the business transactions of small business owners.
O OpenDataton is an event of hackathon (programming marathon) of 34 uninterrupted hours that will consist in the implementation of concepts related to open data, made available by CMunicipal Council of Maputo City, for the development of technology-based solutions that serve to solve local problems faced by organizations or by society in general.
The event will bring together students, professionals and enthusiasts in the areas of ICT, Big Data, Business and other areas related to open data.
