During Filda 2015 we had the chance to see firsthand the BFA application. Now the bank has officially decided to start a new communication campaign: BFA App - Download Now
The Campaign BFA App - Download now intends to disclose the new smartphone application that the Bank makes available to its Customers and the general public and which aims to make it even easier to carry out banking transactions or to consult useful information about BFA.
According to official information:
The BFA App allows any user, adherent and non-adherent to BFA Net, to access BFA from Apple or Android mobile phones and tablets, with complete comfort and security. It is yet another access channel to BFA Net, which allows Customers to purchase telephone recharges, pay bills for services such as TV, water, electricity or insurance, check balance and movements, among other services.
Taking advantage of this campaign, the Talk to Us - BFA Service Line campaign was launched with the aim of publicizing the Bank's Service Line, 923 120 120, presenting it as a preferential communication channel for customer support, namely for clarification questions about BFA products and services and complaints management.
