Sony surprised today by announcing today in Tokyo its PlayStation Vita TV, a miniature version of your PS Vita, without a screen, with only 60mm x 10mm.

It will be connected to the TV and will be played with the Playstation Dualshock controls. It has internet access and also free access to services such as Sony's Music and Video Unlimited, Karaoke, Twitter and more. The console has output HDMI, tickets to cartão the memória, USB, ethernet port, power input e PS Vita game entry slot. Andrew House, director of Sony Computer Entertainment said:

"PS Vita TV will allow users to access 1.300 games at home and enjoy many video services."

But watch out, here's a caveat, PS Vita TV will not be compatible with all Vita games, and the big highlight is for example Uncharted that can not be played on PS Vita TV.

It will be released in Japan on 14 in November for 9,954 yens (equivalent to 100 dollars).

This was one of the best plays that Sony has done in recent years, besides being able to hide from the world this release that is rare these days, I believe this will be one of their best selling consoles in the near future, as it will be an alternative, for example for parents, much cheaper to PS4 that will cost 399 dollars.
