LG plans to introduce a second generation of several smartphone models in its mid-range K and X series, among which phablet digital equipped with pen Stylus. Some of these phones have already been presented, some will be presented at 2017 events.
Four 3 K, K4, K8, K10 and K2017 series handsets will debut on Consumer Electronics Show 2017 which will be held from 06 to 09 in January, next to the LG X calibur (new on the line) and the LG Stylus 3 (known as Stylo 3 plus in the US).
The first generation of K-series phones were unveiled earlier this year at CES from 2016. The LG X power 2, meanwhile, is slated to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona, Spain. Below are the notable features of each model, according to the marketing material shown:
- LG K3 2017 - 4.5 inches, 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera, 2100 mAh battery
- LG K4 2017 - 4,7 inches, 8MP rear and 5MP front camera, 2500 mAh battery
- LG K8 2017 - 5,0 inch HD display, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera, 2500 mAh battery
- LG K10 2017 - 5,3-inch HD display, 2.5D glass in the front and back, 5MP in the angled camera, already in the front with high resolution, fingerprint reader, buttons mounted at the rear
- LG X power 2 - 5,5-inch HD display, 4500 mAh battery, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera for selfies.
- LG X calibur - water / dust resistant (IP68), military standard durability, 4100mAh battery
- LG Stylus 3 (Stylo 3 plus) - 5.7-inch ROM, 32GB of storage, digital pen, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera with flash, 3200 mAh battery, fingerprint reader, rear-mounted buttons.
