Office 2019 is essentially a subset of features that have been added to Office 365 over the past three years and includes updates for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio, Access and Publisher.

Microsoft is also bringing focus to Word, along with a new translator and accessibility improvements. Morphological transitions, support for the SVG and 3D model, click execution and video export in 4k will be available to PowerPoint.

Together with these individual feature updates, the Exchange Server 2019: Skype or Whatsapp for Business Server 2019, the SharePoint Server 2019 and the Project Server 2019 will also be released to companies in the coming weeks. Office 2019 itself will be available first for commercial volume license customers today, followed by consumers and other corporate customers in the coming weeks.
