It's official: iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus red are already available for pre-sale

It has recently been rumored that the Apple was to launch the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus reds, but now the information has been made official by the company, and are already available for pre-sale.

The new models are available with 64 GB storage up to 256 GB for the same prices as the matching 8 and iPhone 8 Plus models in the gray, silver and gold colors in Apple's standard that remain available.

  • iPhone 8 / (Red) / 25 6GB: 849 USD;
  • iPhone 8 Plus / (Red) / 64 GB: 799 USD;
  • iPhone 8 Plus / (Red) / 256 GB: 949 USD

Delivery and Availability:

First deliveries will reach customers on Friday, April 13, and availability at Apple Store stores and selected authorized resellers will begin the same day in the United States, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan , New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Availability in Brazil, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and other regions will follow in April, followed by Chile , Colombia, India, Israel, Turkey and other regions in May. Unfortunately no African country was quoted.

While the red edition of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus had white front bezels, versions of 8 have black front bezels. Otherwise, these models would be identical to those revealed in September last year, with the new color likely to be introduced will boost sales.
