Three months after its official presentation, yesterday the new OS X Yosemite Apple had its official release date announced. Starting today, iMac, Macbook and Mac Mini owners can download the new OS version.
As usual, Apple has released this version for free but is only compatible with some devices such as:
iMacs:
-Made from mid 2007 onwards
MacBook:
- 13 '' MacBook from late 2008 onwards
- MacBook Pro 13 '' from mid 2009 onwards
- MacBook Pro 15 '' from mid 2007 onwards
- MacBook 17 '' from mid 2007 onwards
- MacBook Air from mid 2008 onwards
Mac Mini
- Produced from 2009 onwards
Mac Pro
- Produced from 2008 onwards
Xserve
- Produced from 2009 onwards
If your Mac is compatible with this version, the combination of so many new features in the new OS and our internet speeds will make you spend a few hours downloading and it will be necessary ... a lot of patience.
