Every year Samsung complies with its launch plan: Galaxy S Line, Note, J and A. Yes, they are smartphones for all budgets and for all tastes.
This year the first phase has been completed, the launch of the Galaxy S9 during MWC 2018 and the expectation is to know when the top of the range of Note comes. The new model, which will probably be called Note 9, will be presented (probably) on August 9th.
Samsung will take advantage of the “Unpacked” event to be held in New York, to present the new model that may be marketed at the end of August.
This may be a way to maintain the good performance of the brand during 2018, Samsung had 23% of the smartphone market in the first quarter, against 16% of Apple and if the new device is well received, the trend may hold.
So far there is no confirmation from the South Korean company, but the market is looking forward and in the next few days more details will be revealed.
