Unfortunately today Unitel customers will not be able to use that famous phrase "you received an email (3X)".
One of RIM's (Research In Motion) representatives came to the public to talk about it:
We are currently experiencing a BlackBerry service issue impacting some users in the Europe, Middle East and Africa. All relevant support teams are working to resolve the problem
Em Angola, the two companies, Unitel and Movicel, offer RIM's services to the Blackberry Smartphone. It should be noted in passing that users generally blame the operators for problems in the services offered by RIM.
Last year we already had this problem and RIM eventually apologized to users and offered apps worth 100 USD. Will we have that offer again?
