National startups were highlighted in the 37th edition of the Luanda International Fair (FILDA), which took place from the 16th to the 20th of July, in the Special Economic Zone (ZEE).
With the theme "Disruptive Technologies as a Factor of Economic Development”, the participating startups that were at the event made themselves known to the Angolan market and familiarized potential customers with the products and services available on the market and made by national entities.
According to the round made by the editorial staff of MenosFios at the fair, most of the “founder” intended to attract potential investors and guarantee the consolidation of the creations of national entrepreneurs, most of the times unknown and far from the big business windows.

This year, to promote massive participation, startups benefited from a 70 percent discount on the amount charged to other exhibitors, according to the chairman of the Board of Directors of Eventos Arena, Bruno Albernaz.
