Total E&P Angola recently held the “Total Year Startupper"Which ran between 02 from November of 2015 to 31 of January of 2016. The challenge ran concurrently with 34 other countries in the African Continent where the group is established. The objective of the contest was to identify, reward and follow the best projects of creation or development of companies, with less than two years of existence.
The winning projects of this contest were given the designation "Startupper of the Year 2016 of Total", as well asand monitoring the development of such projects. Therefore, some people should be curious to find out what the winning projects in Angola and its authors have been, so we leave below the names and the projects.
The winners of the 1 edition in Angola were:
- 1 place: Project Arrived at My Turn - Eugénio Soares
A project aimed at the transformation of organic matter into natural fertilizer. Recycling of waste, making them a useful product that can be used as fertilizer.
- 2 place: National Tourism Project - Lopo Santos
Twendy is a tourism service company that will act solely in the national tourism sector, seeking to give more visibility to Angola's tourist attractions and greater visibility to foreign and national visitors.
- 3 place: SoftTechnologies Project, Lda - M'Tume de Lemos
The company is developing a mobile application that connects users to certain service providers in Angola through the GPS tracking system.
