TweetDeck will only target verified users

O Twitter launched a new version of one of the main tools of the social network, TweetDeck, which allows users to have several columns of 'tweets' available according to the topics that most interest them. So far free, this tool will be paid for very soon.

On a page dedicated to customer support, Twitter explains that the new version of TweetDeck was launched to try to mitigate the problems that the old version was already suffering from. It is worth remembering that the new TweetDeck was already being tested for about two years and that it allows users to import all the columns they had in the previous version.

BUT: Twitter imposes daily limits on reading posts

Unfortunately, it looks like TweetDeck users won't have much time to use the new version as access will be paid for.

To continue using TweetDeck users will need to have an active Blue subscription, which means they will have to pay to have their account verified on the social network. Says Twitter's customer support page that the new TweetDeck will become accessible only to verified users within 30 days.
